England won its first match under new coach Roy Hodgson beating Norway 1-0 but Gareth Barry may miss Euro 2012 after limping off with a groin injury.
Ashley Young scored the only goal in Oslo after nine minutes to give England its first win over Norway for 32 years in Hodgson's first game since taking over from Fabio Capello.
Barry replaced skipper Steven Gerrard at half-time, but was then taken off himself midway through the second period at the Ullevaal Stadium.
"Barry worries me. We need to get the injury scanned. We don't have much time left and if it is serious then we will need to think about it," said Hodgson.
"It's a groin injury that he felt during the course of the game. We'll have to get that scanned and see how it is. I'm not prepared to say it's serious at the moment.
"All I'm going to say is that it's going to demand our attention and as you all know, we don't have a lot of time if the scan shows that there is something more than minor."
The deadline for squads to be announced for the tournament is Tuesday.
Elsewhere, Germany and the Netherlands, two of the sides widely-tipped as potential European Championship winners, suffered worrying friendly international defeats on Saturday.
Germany slumped to a shock 5-3 defeat in Switzerland while the Dutch were booed off in Amsterdam after surrendering a one-goal lead to lose 2-1 against Bulgaria.
Defending European and world champions Spain, however, showed off their impressive strength in depth when a second-string side defeated Serbia 2-0.
Germany, who rested their eight-strong Bayern Munich contingent, suffered their first loss to Switzerland, who failed to qualify for Euro 2012, since 1956.
Germany-based Swiss striker Eren Derdiyok grabbed a hat-trick in Basel.
Joachim Loew's Germany qualified for Euro 2012 without losing a match, but they have now lost two friendlies in succession having been defeated 2-1 by France in February.
Their last friendly will be against Israel on May 31 before embarking on their Euro campaign against Portugal, Netherlands and Denmark in Group B.
Robin van Persie had given the Dutch a 45th-minute lead but Bulgaria levelled four minutes into the second half with an Ivelin Popov penalty after a handball by Rafael van der Vaart.
Striker Ilijan Mizanski hit the winner in the second minute of injury time on a counter-attack.
Adrian and Cazorla, from the penalty spot, where on target for reigning champions Spain who seem likely to be without the services of Athletic Bilbao captain Andoni Iraola.
Marca report on their website that Iraola is "practically ruled out of a place in Vicente Del Bosque's final Spain squad" after Athletic's medical staff "advised against Iraola taking part in the European Championship."
Ireland produced a dominating performance in beating Bosnia & Herzegovina 1-0 thanks to a header from substitute striker Shane Long.
